TradeSeat
TradeSeat is software infrastructure for reservation- and appointment-based businesses. I founded it and build the product end to end, across customer and venue workflows, scheduling, payments, reservation transfers, settlement, accounting automation, and operational tooling.
The backend runs on a serverless AWS architecture built around Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SES, and KMS. The scheduling side handles employees, services, resources, capacity, exceptions, and concurrent bookings, with earlier compiler and SMT/Z3 work used to explore stricter machine-readable scheduling constraints.
I also built the payment and settlement flows around Stripe, backend failure handling, a Python control plane for deployments and infrastructure operations, and internal frontend tooling used across the venue product.
I’m taking TradeSeat directly to market through physical cold sales, starting with a target of 300 venues. The goal is simple: put the product in front of real operators, hear objections without a filter, close the first customers myself, and force every assumption in the product to collide with reality.
